Scratch Kitchen is an idea 15 years in the making. Ever since head Chef Michael Tucker stepped into the exciting world of cooking, he wanted to create intriguing and thoughtful foods that would bring happiness to those he served. He knew using the freshest ingredients of the highest quality was essential reaching this goal. Over the years, Chef Michael has worked in many different kitchens throughout North America. All along diligently working to perfect his own craft so that one day he could open his very own restaurant. Partnered with close friend and food enthusiast, Ted Zacharopoulos, a desire for high quality, made from scratch and well-priced food developed. To bring their passion to life, Scratch Kitchen was opened. They hope you enjoy their made from scratch, locally sourced, heartfelt meals and look forward to seeing you and hearing about your experience at Scratch Kitchen.
Our goal is to utilize locally grown products to produce fresh tasty cuisine for our customers to enjoy. From our farm-fresh eggs to our in-house baked bread we have a passion for local fresh food. As a result our menu will change from time to time depending on what is in season and fresh. We feel by changing our products often we can ensure we remain as local as possible while allowing our customers to experience a variety of ingredients.
